Virginia Frediani

Virginia is a Wildlife Conservation Senior Program Officer at the World Wildlife Fund in Washington, D.C. In her role, Virginia works to provide a voice for the world’s threatened and endangered species across Asia and the Kavango-Zambezi Transfrontier Conservation Area (KAZA). She provides technical support for species conservation, manages projects with field teams, and helps mobilize resources to accomplish conservation goals. Virginia earned a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University’s Nicholas School of the Environment, concentrating in Ecosystem Science and Conservation, and a Bachelor of Art from the University of Richmond in Environmental Studies.
