Inov has been working in rhino conservation in Indonesia for over 20 years. He is Indonesian and completed a Bachelor of Forestry from Agriculture University of Bogor Indonesia (IPB). Then, he completed Master Conservation of Biology from University of Queensland, Australia.   He has been working for the IRF since 2006 and he is IRF’s Indonesia program Manager. Inov started research about Javan rhino in Ujung Kulon NP with ecology competition Javan Rhino and Banteng (2000-2005) and then continues to research invasion Arenga palm (Langkap) or arenga obtusifolia and impact for Javan rhino habitat until now. He also involved with several studies and research Sumatran rhino with Rhino Protection Unit (RPU) and Sumatran Rhino Sanctuary (SRS) on his capacity to assist Rhino Foundation of Indonesia (YABI).  He also involves on preparing international meetings and producing documents, journal from the meeting as his capacity as Asian Rhino Specialist Group (AsRSG) Steering Committee.
